The customer account allows us to have access to the information registered by the customer. The customer accesses it by a password. He can then consult his orders and his subscription to newsletters.
The billing and delivery address will only be requested at the time of ordering. In order to complete an order, we will also need your payment information. However, we do not collect your payment details, these are only used by Swiss banking institutions. Once the order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Your email address is also used as identification for your customer account login.
We use your personal data throughout the entire order process. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties except to the service providers we use for the execution of your order (such as the carrier and the banks). They receive the data necessary for the execution of the order and the contract. Our service providers may only use the data they receive for the execution of their task.

1.1 Use of the account
The customer logs in to his account in order to be able to navigate our websites more easily. He uses his account to place an order.
For security reasons, if the customer seeks to change personal information in his customer account, he will have to enter the password again.

1.2 Newsletter
We use the e-mail address provided for the customer account to send out informative e-mails. The customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
